Pakistan Super League (PSL) is a professional T20 cricket league in Pakistan. Established in 2015, it features many franchise teams representing cities across Pakistan. It has become one of the most popular T20 cricket leagues, attracting both domestic and international talent. It has played a significant role in promoting cricket in Pakistan. The league is held annually in different cities across Pakistan. PSL 9, also known as PSL 2024, will be held in Pakistan at four different venues: Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi. The last edition of Pakistan Super League 8 was won by the Lahore Qalandars, defeating the Multan Sultan team at Gaddafi Stadium.
Venues of PSL 9
The 9th edition of PSL will be held in six different venues in Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, and Multan. The starting date of HBL PSL 9 is from February 9th to March 19th, 2024. Also, GEO Sports reported that PSL 9 is likely to move out of Pakistan because of the general elections in the last week of January 2024. If the decision to move PSL 9 out of Pakistan is made, then the PSL 9 will be held in the UAE.
